Metal Stamping Capabilities

Three ways we turn strip and coil stock into finished parts — find the process that matches your drawing, then see the dedicated page for tooling, materials, and what to send us.

Materials and finishing across all three

Typical materials include SPCC/SECC steel, stainless, copper alloys, aluminum, phosphor bronze, and beryllium copper (usable thickness depends on the material and the part). Finishing - plating (Zn, Ni, Sn, Au flash), anodizing, powder coat, and heat treatment - can be arranged through Taiwanese finishing subcontractors; available finishes and inspection scope are confirmed per order. Details on inspection and traceability are on our Quality and Material Traceability page.

Why buyers move stamping orders to Taiwan

Taiwan's stamping industry has the press capacity, tool-and-die expertise, and finishing subcontractors clustered close together - but many factories only take orders that fit their own presses, have no English-language support, and rarely reply to overseas RFQs. We help you find and coordinate suitable Taiwanese factories through one accountable, English-speaking contact, from your first drawing to shipment.

Not sure which process your part needs?

Send us a drawing or sample photo through our RFQ form and we'll tell you which process fits - many parts, like a stamped bracket with a formed spring clip, combine more than one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one part need more than one of these processes?

Yes - a bracket that also has a formed spring clip, or a deep-drawn housing with a stamped mounting flange, are both common. We quote it as one part on one drawing.

Do you handle finishing after stamping?

Yes, these can usually be arranged through Taiwanese finishing subcontractors; available finishes and inspection scope are confirmed per order.

What if my part doesn't fit neatly into one of these three categories?

Send the drawing anyway. These pages describe the main process types we quote, not a hard boundary on what we can look into.

What quantities make stamping economical?

As a rough rule of thumb, hard tooling often starts to pay off around 10,000 pieces per year, though break-even varies widely with part complexity and material; below that we can quote soft-tool or laser-cut alternatives.

Have a drawing ready?

Send your drawing or sample photo — we'll reply with a manufacturability review within 2–3 business days.
